*Head of Computer Department responsible to construct, develop and implement core banking online system in nine months (System stayed in production for six years).

Responsible for the following:
*Resource allocation of department team and support staff
*Testing and accepting core banking system from a third party
*Develop and review budget for the department
*Manage IT staff (recruitment, supervision, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions)
*Develop and maintain department information security procedures.
*In charge of 17 technical employees to maintain the core banking system for 23 branches
