Rawan Oueidat joined S&P Global in the EMEA Corporate Ratings team in March 2017, based in the Dubai office. Her portfolio includes Middle East credits across various sectors, including the oil and gas, transportation, and telecom sectors in the region predominantly, along with healthcare, and investment holding companies. She was previously the primary analyst on chemical sectors in the region, as well as the Turkish telecom credits. Rawan is also involved over the past few years with the sustainable finance team. Additionally, Rawan has over twelve years of corporate advisory and equity research experience covering the MENA region. Prior to this, Rawan was an Associate Director in the corporate advisory division of Commercial Bank of Dubai. Previously, she held equity research analyst roles covering the MENA telecom sector in leading regional financial institutions such as NBK Capital and SHUAA Capital. Rawan holds a bachelor’s in business administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the American University of Beirut.
